My all time favourite is April Fools Day by Bryce Courtenay.

I loved JRR Tolkiens The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

I have enjoyed the Harry Potter series and my favourite is Goblet of Fire.
Elli Nitha
I loveeeeeeeeee The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley. It one of my favourite books.

I also love most of Patricia Cornwells books.

my all time favourite books are Tolkiens LOTR, i personally didnt really like the Hobbit

it sounded too much like he was story telling the book to a bunch of 9 year olds, while LOTR had no 'commentry' by him.

my other favourite series is John Marsdens, Tommorow series

i love the books so much and its rumoured his continueing the series! im so stoked about it!!!

my favourite characters Homer (no not cause his Greek tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif )

the books that first got me into reading....when i was young....

i got lost for hours in the stories written by enid blyton, particularly the faraway tree collection as well as anything by roald dahl who was my idol in primary school.....these are the books that got me into reading, i still remember them.

later i got into the harry potter series which i haven't finished yet but my favourite so far would be the prisoner of azkaban

one particular favourite would have to be "TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD" i think that EVERYONE should read it, fantastic book smile.gif

Saving Francesca and Looking for Alibrandi by Melina Marchetta top books and it is easy to relate to the two main characters...

The Diary Of Anne Frank - The best novel i have read, explores the depths her family went too to hide from the Germans back in WW2...
The troubles her family had to undertake to feed the whole family, to keep themselves occupied and the things they had to sacrifice in order to not get caught...

I won't give it away... you have to read it... it's a great novel, very emotional indeed!

The Hobbit - axxx gives me fond memories back in year 9 - it's a fantastic novel i loved it actually...

To Kill A Mockingbird - Glykz i had to study that in year 11 about justice which was our core topic for advanced english... A superb book about racial injustice... if you all haven't read it i suggest you do! It's terrific!

i studied it in year 9 and 10, its excellent, just read it, if your not a book person see the movie, it is also great, ok not as good as the book as usual, but gregory peck portrays the role of atticus like no one else, he is marvellous in the film and i don't think anyone would ahve done a better job.
