On this matter it is a very proud day in Greece today as finally we have seen a leader (K.KAramanlis) live up to his name and not bow to the so called pressure and might of the tyrant (U.S.) who with its bullying tactics tried to impose there will (for their own benefit ofcourse) on all others as they so often have done in the past.

Don't be mistaken though they(Skopje & U.S.) haven't been dealt with just yet and im afraid that as long as the weak link remains in power (ie. D Bakoyiannis-foreign minister - who happens to be the daughter of the U.S. most faithful ally in Greece Mitsotakis)we need to keep a very close eye and let the matter fizzle out and lose this advantage we have like we did in '92. We should always be weary of her actions as sly if not more so as her traitorous father.

In regards top the U.S. though we need to realise a few things.........they will always act on there strategic best interests and in this case (see camp bondsteel) skopje along with pour other major future problem in the region Albania are in that strategy.....So fpor us the only thing that remains is a united front in order to better deal with any pressure that they wilkl impose and to retaliate in the exact same manner.

for example.
1.If they decides to bring up minority issues we shall do the same in all applicable areas (northern Epirus,Skopje) as we have the same if not more so stronger rights to claim that there are Greeks living there to this day.
2. If they decide to use their lacky of the region (Turkey) to bully us we threaten to Veto them and any European aspirations they have (another dream of the ?US strategy is to get Turkey finally in the EU).
3.If they decide to strong arm us themselves than we pull away from them even further and forge even stronger ties with Russia and China in retaliation.(which will probably be better for our economy in the long run).

It will become obvious to them that we are not yes men and WE are in control of our own future and OUR country in turn......

All this is secondary though to the fact that we as a European Union member should and need to shift any reliance whether it be economic or military to that factor away from our so called strategic partner the U.S. and bond further with our partners in the EU in order to truly see a free europe and thus a free Hellas.
