It was my first time making it the other week, i just did one boo boo, before putting on those yellow things ontop of the layer of custord, i accidently put the syrup first, then mum stoped me half way

what the fuck are you doing, you have to put that yellow stuff first lol.

anyways i did and put the reaming syrup ontop, then wacked it in the fridge before i went to work.

Came home acouple of hours later and it was really soggy hahahaha..
but still tasted so beautiful. well my dad polished it off. lmao.

Any greek cake disasters ?

i had a pita disaster, i made tiropita for my yr 12 foods sac i forgot to put ladi under the first layer of pita so it never went cripsy so i pretended it all went well (lol aussie foods teacher, they never know ) so i took it to yiayia's she flipped it and it cooked haha
