Greece is playing Australia soon we hope.

My idea is we start a Greece verse Australia page on GreekPlanet, with information and pics and then when the game is played we can add our pics and video clips?

Plus it will give us information about the game. It will be the only site about the game and anyone interested around the world can come to see about this game on the page.

We all can contribute and give information and pictures.

No I don't mean a separate forum section. There will be plenty on the forum about the game, so what i mean is a web page.

ie www.greekplanet.com.au/greecevaustralia etc etc. Then off that might be one or two additional pages so that not too much information is crammed on the one page. There wil be many people with video phones and cameras and we can put our chants, video clips and pictuers on this site. Also leading up to the game it can have updates and stats and other stuff.

I am not sure if it's a viable idea but I think it would be good cos we can all contribute towards it ie pics etc.

Sounds like a good idea, but might it get a bit confusing if some ppl r posting things on the dedicated web page and others r posting to the forum instead?

Just have a dedicated thread for multimedia from the game.Open it up, pin it and delete all the small talk inbetween the pics, vids and audio e.g. << delete this

The forum is for posting about the game.

The web page does not need to have posts, it could just have information and pics and a multimedia section. For example if we get information about the game, ie venues times ticketing we could have a summary on the web page with all this informtion. When new info about the game comes to habd it is then put on the page , ie latest news summary. Then when the game is played the multimedia page can be set up for peoples videos. We can encourage people to take videos at the game for the page becuase as we know people sit at all different locations in the stadium.

Yeah, that could work. So:

- the web page would have official information, plus photos and videos submitted by members;

- the forum would be for discussion only.

There is always some overlap when you have a website that hosts info and a forum where members basically copy or re-write the same info and add their own comments, but that's the wonder of the Interweb!
