i use sop cast and watch it live off net. its about 45 seconds delayed but thats ok. the quality isnt that great either, but its better than nothing. i found the channel by mistake about 3 matches ago. been using it since.

Bardwell park are not showing it live.

Far out what a night!!! After all the rumours being heard left, right and centre about the game being shown in Lakemba, Bardwell Park and Brighton I ended up watching the game online on some Serb channel. Quality was not as good but it was better than nothing.

As for the game, Greece just wasnt in it. Nothing was going right for them. The Greeks went into the game with too much confidence and thought that since they could beat USA they could beat any team. Luck also was not on our side. They could not score from the foul line, they scored 5 three-pointers from 21 attempts while the Spanish scored 12 from 30 attempts. Overall they dominated on the court and hence the score 70-47

Despite that we should be proud of them. They beat the USA and reached the final in a World Championship. This could only be the beginning for bigger and brighter things and with Giannaki as coach they will continue to do well.

i watched the game on a live Chinese stram, interestingly enough the live commentry was in Mandarin

After all the debacle with the game supposedly being shown at Federation Square, South Melbourne came through for us. Game was shown at Bob Jane Stadium live off UBI Turkish Channel TVN. Approx 350 people turned up which was good considering everything was last minute.

Disappointed with the way we played. Greece had their final on Friday night against America. I am proud of our boys and a silver medal is better than a bronze or no medal at all.

Just not good enough, when you come this far, Second isnt just good enough, WE ARE GREEKS WE ARNT MENT TO BE SECOND BEST!

When Greece beat America, they acted like they had won the final. They fotgot that they had to play spain and they took them for granted.

How good would it to have been to say, European champions 2004, euro basket champions 2005, world champions 2006. Not to be! very upseting.

And also, its ashame that Turkish channel could show the game yet the greek channels couldn't. It's ashame that it was such a big event for Greece yet most greeks here in australia didn't seem to care.

spain played very well, Greece just seemed to have started celebrating a bit early after their win over the US. they made so many mistakes and missed so many opportunities to level the score. credit must be given to the spannish side, and if Greece had to lose to anyone im glad it was spain. But still, to have made it this far is an achievement in itself. Second in the world, thats awesome!.

this was a very disappointing game. spain were indeed a very dominating team. greece had their moments. although they couldnt keep up with the pace compared with spain.

throughout the game greece lacked both defence and offense. they stumbled thoughout the game foprcing many errors and turn overs. theyre were moments i did not want to see but i saw them.

despite the loss, they played very well.

for greece to defeat a team like the USA that means more to me than winning the final.
