2 new releases this week guys with Antzela Dimitriou releasing Ta Kalitera CD. 2 Cd's 36 songs overall to bring back memories. Tracks like mavri lista, Eleos, Aparadektos and Ftaei O Erotas i was dissapointed with how many slow songs there were on the CD. Neverthless it still brought back memories but not one where i was over the moon over

Elena Paparizou - Mambo

Track 1 Mambo has the Eurovision feel about it with a funky beat and good to see a bit of a sax in greek music these days will see this track a definate on the dancefloor Track 2 Panda Se Perimena is another Elena feel to it is a great track. Track three Oi Agapi Sou Then Menei Panda Etho is a hot little dance track. Asteria track 4 is a lower tempoed song which brings us up to the final track, track 5 the English version of Mambo

elena paparizou has an excellent voice, she can perform, an face it, shes hot, i like her cos like us she's a greek that has grown up outside of greece, and i loved her dedication to us aftr she won eurovision.

i heard the song "mambo" at her concert, it was ok, but overall im not a fan of paparizou's music, its too americanized, i think she should sing more greek, but shes young, she has the talent, and im sure she will find her way.

meh paparizou doesn't do it for me... she does have a fonara but she's overated now that she's won eurovision and from what i've heard she was shit in concert... luckily i didn't go... but she is a stunner.

americanised you got that right... many songs in the greek music industry are americanised... but what can you do, that's life! blah! B)

blingaki, for me, it wasn't a "paparizou concert"
kourkoulis stole the show all the way! everyone i asked said the same thing, goes to show paparizou really is overrated cos everyone thought her songs were shit, that greek/americanized crap doesn't sell over here, but that good greek stuff, e.g kourkoulis, does sell cos everyone loved him....including me

As for Paparizou she is ok, has a good voice, not great, Good. And i do agree that Kourkoulis took over the show at her concert.
