Hey guys, what would you guys think of having an art competition, dont know what type yet or anything like that. but whoever wants could submit something then we can have polls on the best ones and have a winner. Or we could do it with rounds.

just for a little bit of fun in here... Let me know what you guys think.

OK so here are the RULES

-we will have two catagories: photography and any other form of art
- each person can enter once in each catagory
-obviously use ur own work not something off google.
- each round there will be a theme and u gotta stick to it. there also may be a size limit for the digital art.
-for every round the judges will pick the top 3 then make a poll and everyone votes to find the winner. I will make little signatures for 1,2,3 and u can use that untill theres a new round winner.
- If ur a judge u cant compete in the catagory ur judging. so if u want to enter u just cant judge that catagory for that round.

JUDGES WILL BE CHANGED AROUND AFTER 3 ROUNDS.

looks like its a yes then. just one thing, i have to finnish all my homework first before it piles up.

But for now whoever wants to be a judge Im gonna be one of them, so i need two more just let me know then we can go over rules and all that crappy stuff.

i'm a judge but shorty how can u be a judge if you're also going to compete? we need females involved and you know your stuff...

well i wasnt gonna enter. but if we can get one more female judge so its fair e guys 2 gals than ill enter, if not ill b judge.

shall we do it so that out of everyone who enters the judging panel can chose 3 finalists than make a poll and get everyone to vote on the winner? how does that sound?

sounds like fun...count me in...are u going to have different sections for entering? like photography-landscape or whatever?

i think you have pretty much covered it though and it all sounds fine by me, what about the other judges? sounds like fun can't wait to see the creative streak of the gp members

to make it fair, if we are going to have different rounds, maybe we can give others a chance to be judge aswell, and perhaps take judgeing in turns, just to make it fair, because not everyone can enter but doesn't mean they can't be part of the competition, so everyones happy

yeh glyks thats a good idea. maybe after every 2 rounds we can swap the judges and have new ones?

quick queston though...this comp is strictly for photography and digital imagine only? say if someone has made a sketch, drawing, painting etc they cant enter it? i knw it would b hard to upload with image sizing / quality etc? but jst asking

hmm didnt think of that. maybe we can have photography and then evetrything else.
cos i think if we make too many catagories it will just get too complicated.

its ok shorty i was jst aksing cos i thought it would b just one big competition with any form of art, but no this sunds better it will be alot more organized...dnt mind me lol

FUK they're good, if there is a art competition, since you're so good anyway - you're only alowd to use MS Paint, while everyone else can use any programme they want.
