1.Eat to live... dont live to eat
The "secret" of healthy,slim people is that they eat when they're hungry and stop when they're full. Dont eat because the clock tells you to.

2. Eat in and pack your own lunch
Studies show restaurant and takeaway meals are much biggr than they need to be, and its hard to knw what fats and sugars are being added
in the kitchen. People who eat out often are more likely to be overweight.
3. Choose an active hobby
Theres so much to choose from- walking, swimming, dancing,rock- climbing, soccer etc.. It doesnt matter what it is the important thing is that it gets
you moving and you enjoy it. If you have fun with excercise, you're far more likely to stick with it.
4. Walk whenever possible
Park a little further from the office, take the stairs, or get out of the lift a few floors early and walk. If you have to see someone on a different floor,
use the stairs. Ifyou're stuck at a desk all day, get up once an hour and stretch.
5. Cut out the Biscuits
Thingk about what biscuits really are-refined carbohydrate and saturated fat. People who make a regular diet of them have difficulty staying slim.
And while you're at it, ditch the sugar in your tea and coffee.
