Greek Planet Forum _ Greek Planet Kαφενείο _ Next Chinese New Year Of The Rat.

Posted by: Russel Dec 30 2007, 12:56 AM

from february starts the year of the Rat.

i moved to Greece end of last year beause my fortuneteller told me that 2008 was not a good year for me.he said it was a year to relax..so for 2008 and 2009 which also isnt a good year either,i am going to spend it somwhere where i do nothing.greece of course where nothing happens ever.

i came back to HK during this festive period to see another fortuneteller who also confirmed these results...

so im off again on the 3rd..

i would suggest to all of u that you get to chinatown and get ur fortunes read...this being horoscope, palm reading and face readings...and DO what they suggest...it will save u a lot of anxiety in the long term...

well Henly has managed to charts for countries.

he has helped make me a lot of money because money or investing in a way is a form of gambling.
and its all about timing.

everything in this world is about timing.

a person who bought at number 2 park road, did so at 6.8 million.he kept it for 2 years and sold when the market was a bit down.he sold at 4.5 million.
i spoke to Henly, who felt i should hang on with mine.
within 3 weeks of the pronouncement, prices jumped to 9 million.
the fellow who sold out lost 300,000 over a few weeks...

within 3 months, another apartment moved from 7.5 million to 12 million.
without Henly, others sold out too early.

it is so easy Otis and Pat to dismiss things.
but sometimes there are times when timing is crucial on everything.
fortunetellers can tell things about the years and which years are good versus bad years.

if i hadnt seen these things evolve in front of my eyes i wouldnt necessarily be such a strong advocate...

OH COME ON!! SEEING A PSYCHIC COULD BE FUN... IMAGINE TEASING THE SHIT OUT OF THE PSYCHIC AND BEING THE BIGGEST NON BELIEVER...

imagine the conversation:
P = you're going to be a prestigious lawyer one day.
me - oh wow! im gonna be a lawyer... would my degree have anything at all to do with that?

fuck... some people are stupid.

OH COME ON?!?! ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS. WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG WITH YOU? HOW MANY FORTUNE TELLERS ARE ACTUALLY REAL? THE ONES WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ARE NON EXISTANT. THEY ARE IMAGINARY FIGMENTS OF ONE'S OVER ACTIVE IMAGINATION. THINK ABOUT IT? OPEN UP THE BACK OF A MAGAZINE OR A NEWSPAPER AND YOU HAVE ALL THE ADVERTISEMENTS... PLEASE... THESE PEOPLE ARE FAKE. THEY CANT SEE INTO THE FUTURE... THEY CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW. YOU'RE PAYING AN EXCLUSIVE SUM OF MONEY TO ONLY BE TOLD WHAT CAN BE FOUND ON GOOGLE ABOUT YOU.

AUTES I SAXLAMARES INE YIA TOUS XAZOUS!

russel, you are now officially the GP looney.

you may call me narrow minded, but if you honestly believe that this Tenly (or Henly as u're calling him.. whatever) is a genius who has made you a fortune, then maybe he's just a good financial analyst. Maybe he has been in the investment game prior to this palm-reading stint?

You know it isn't really hard to become a millionaire with investing properties, and learning the game is not really that difficult. I don't need no malaka psychic fraud to teach me anything... and I can't see why anybody should rely on a palm reader for such advice. You're right in saying that it is a form of gambling, and when you seek a palm reader's advice, in all honesty you're probably increasing your risk-factor ten fold!

All you really need to know is how to do a "property option" deal, buy multi million dollar properties and then on-sell them without even settling. You just need to get the nod from council. You don't even need much money to do this. I've dealt with it a lot... once you build up enough money, then you only need to know which areas are going to boom, and u buy accordingly. Not many people do this because a) It is hard to find properties like this for sale. b) there's a lot of dealings with the council and your lawyer which can become time consuming and c) There's the element of risk (vendor might want to deal with established millionaires instead, council may not approve your shit, you might be paying legal fees to no avail).

Well, I've gone off-topic it seems... but I can't see any legitimacy in these palm readers, psychics etc. Sorry but I am definately a nay-sayer regarding these vlakies.

guys relax a bit.

fortunes can be told by reading ur palms and by your face.

our fortunes and future is written.

he has helped me,so i believe in him.
it doesnt mean he can predict whether you are a lawyer or a gerbage collector at the drop of a hat.

he simply can assist you with timing and with being careful.

ok,lets not call him a palm reader.

call him,a "consultant".

either way,the guy has been very helpful to me.

otis being a millionaire isnt as easy as you say.
as i said timing is everything.
and things with property as well as with shares,go up and down quickly in a matter of weeks.
as i said to you within a few weeks they can go up by 2 to 3 or 4 million, and drop quickly as well within a few weeks.

most properties here are bought off the plan with a payment schedule of 6 or 12 months.

on christmas day i was off to buy some shoes at Tsim Sha Tsui and i bought a small 40 square foot apartment for 3.87 million in a place called Harbour Place. The payment plans are 20% down over the next few months and settlement in 12 months.
Now if the price goes up to 4.5 million i will sell.
Thats 40,000 Euros by doing nothing.By putting a mere 20 % down. The Bhutto killing wont help though. What is spurring the market is interest rates going down because of americans slide into recession though.

Now if the market turns, you could lose that and a lot more.
It isnt that simple to think you can automoatically make a fortune in property.not here anyway.

People bought in 1997 who to this very day, still havent achieved their price that they bought into beofre the major crash.
To make matters worse, the 2003 SARS period dropped prices even more by another 20%.

and SARSwas "just" contained.the whole place almost came tumbling down.
We still have bird flu to contend with and thats just a matter of time of course.

So what is the upshot...

It means if you put 1.6 million on a 16 million property you can make 3 or 4 million within a few weeks if you get the market correct. You dont need anything but some luck.No councils,no lawyers no nothing.
So the true masters who can tell the future, or have some help, will buy 6 or 10 aprtments and within a few weeks make 40 million profits plus.

This si why one needs a good fortune teller.

We ae talking folks about real money. Not pretend stuff here.

I am not saying this to big note myself, because i dont classify muself as a true master.I do mention that fortunetellers play a significant role in assisting with the timing of these things.

this guy Temly, essentially predicted SARS...he made me a fortune for me by predicting in February to buy in June and that HK would have problems...

who on earth do you refer to when you say HE russel???

Posted by: Shorty Jan 10 2008, 05:38 PM

thats completly wacko! all they do is read your body language and see how you react when they say something, then they make some sort of malakies up, you, believing them alter your life and take various opportiunities to make those things happen, then like a touvlo you say "oh look it came true" no you made it happen yourself because of what the psyco said.

i really wonder about some people.

riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight...

Posted by: Russel Jan 31 2008, 05:25 AM

well he has helped make me a lot of money..

and if it wasnt for his advice it wouldnt happen..

you cant be so damn cynical when real money has been made...
you cant say he reads your reactions...

whe he said that it was in my future to buy on the east of hong kong island and to buy a massive property..i did it...at the time i didnt have the money except for 10% only, but i trusted him and the God prescribed to me for this occassion..and i made 7 times on my intial money put down within a 6 month period...my intial deposit was 800,000 and the property was worth 16.5 million and i sold for 23 million..

call it whatever, but he has paid for his conslting fees many times round...

Posted by: Russel Jan 31 2008, 05:27 AM

i am out of the market now but i have received advice from another psychic that there is still opprtunity for a quick purchase in Kennedy Town which ahsnt gone up so much..and will do so over the next 12 months or so..hard to know this psychic..though...but Kennedy Town is underpriced..relative to the rest of the market..check it out guys..free advice from me to you...

if you're orthodox then you shouldn't.
It's against our religion to do those things. For a good reason, they're malakies.

Anyone that pays for some hippy to tell them you will find love this year, and progress or quit your job doesn't need a pyschic.. they need someone else.
